**Last Updated: September 30, 2026**
FreeTalk (“FreeTalk,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe platform and protecting children from sexual abuse, exploitation, and other forms of harm.
FreeTalk has a **zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)**. The FreeTalk platform, including FreeTalk.app and associated FreeTalk applications, may not be used to create, upload, distribute, solicit, promote, facilitate, or otherwise engage in child sexual abuse or exploitation.
## 1. Prohibited Content and Conduct
FreeTalk strictly prohibits any content, activity, or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), including images, videos, illustrations, computer-generated content, or other visual depictions involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
- Soliciting, requesting, distributing, sharing, offering, or attempting to obtain CSAM.
- Grooming or attempting to establish a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sexualizing minors or encouraging others to sexualize minors.
- Sextortion involving a minor, including threatening, coercing, or blackmailing a minor using actual or alleged intimate images.
- Soliciting sexual images, videos, messages, or other sexual content from a minor.
- Encouraging or facilitating sexual contact between an adult and a minor.
- Child sex trafficking, including advertising, offering, requesting, facilitating, or soliciting a minor for commercial sexual exploitation.
- Providing instructions, links, directions, groups, accounts, or other resources intended to facilitate access to CSAM or the sexual exploitation of children.
- Attempting to circumvent FreeTalk's child-safety measures or moderation systems.
- Using FreeTalk to arrange or facilitate offline sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
These prohibitions apply to all areas and features of FreeTalk, including posts, comments, profiles, usernames, images, videos, links, messages, groups, and any other user-generated content or communications supported by the platform.
## 2. Enforcement
FreeTalk may take immediate action when we become aware of content or conduct that violates this policy.
Depending on the circumstances, actions may include:
- Removing prohibited content;
- Restricting access to content;
- Suspending or permanently terminating accounts;
- Preventing users from creating additional accounts;
- Preserving relevant account or content information when required or permitted by law;
- Investigating associated accounts or activity where appropriate;
- Reporting suspected or confirmed child sexual exploitation or CSAM to appropriate authorities.
Severe violations involving CSAM or child exploitation may result in immediate permanent account termination.
FreeTalk may take action without prior warning when necessary to protect children, users, or the integrity of the platform.
## 3. Reporting Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation
FreeTalk encourages users to immediately report content or behavior they believe involves the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, trafficking, or endangerment of a child.
Users may report content or accounts through FreeTalk's in-app reporting features.
When submitting a report, users should provide as much relevant information as possible so our team can locate and review the reported content or account.
**Do not download, save, screenshot, redistribute, forward, or otherwise copy suspected CSAM for the purpose of reporting it.** Instead, report the content or account through FreeTalk's reporting tools.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services.
## 4. CSAM Response
When FreeTalk obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAM on its platform, we will take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and this policy.
This may include promptly restricting access to or removing the material, suspending or terminating associated accounts, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and reporting qualifying incidents to the appropriate authorities.
FreeTalk does not tolerate attempts to use the platform to store, distribute, exchange, request, or facilitate access to CSAM.
## 5. Reporting to Authorities
FreeTalk complies with applicable laws concerning child sexual abuse and exploitation.
When required by applicable law, FreeTalk will report apparent violations involving CSAM or child sexual exploitation to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** or another appropriate regional or law-enforcement authority.
FreeTalk may preserve and disclose relevant information when required or permitted by applicable law and when necessary to assist appropriate authorities in investigating child exploitation or abuse.
## 6. User Reporting and Safety Tools
FreeTalk provides mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate content, accounts, or behavior.
Where applicable, FreeTalk may also provide users with safety controls such as blocking or restricting other users.
Reports involving potential child sexual exploitation or abuse may receive heightened review because of the serious safety and legal issues involved.
Abuse of FreeTalk's reporting system, including knowingly submitting false reports, may itself constitute a violation of FreeTalk's policies.
## 7. Moderation
FreeTalk may use a combination of user reports, automated systems, technical measures, and human review to identify and address violations of our policies.
FreeTalk continually evaluates its safety and moderation procedures and may implement additional technologies or procedures intended to detect, prevent, or respond to child exploitation.
Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as guaranteeing that every piece of user-generated content will be reviewed before publication.
## 8. Cooperation With Law Enforcement
FreeTalk may cooperate with law-enforcement agencies and legally authorized organizations investigating child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Information may be preserved or disclosed in accordance with applicable laws, valid legal processes, emergency disclosure requirements, and FreeTalk's Privacy Policy.
## 9. Child Safety Point of Contact
FreeTalk maintains a designated point of contact for matters involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation.

FreeTalk reserves the right to take additional measures when necessary to protect children and prevent the platform from being used for exploitation or abuse.
